How to Measure at Home

For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure close to the body without pulling the tape too tight. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact the Nucleus team before placing your order.

What to Measure

Use these key body measurements when choosing your Nucleus size. Measurements should be taken around the fullest or narrowest part of each area as explained below.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape straight across your back.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, without pulling the tape too tight.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Length

For dresses, pants or tops, measure from the point where the garment would start to where you want it to end.

Choosing Your Size

Once you have your measurements, compare them to the product details or size chart. If one measurement falls into a different size, choose the size that gives you the most comfort for the garment type.
