If your item takes longer to make this will be in the Description on the page. If we have issues getting your parcel to you in time we will absolutely inform you every step of the way. We Ship using Internet Express, Courier Guy and or Colivery depending on the need. Once your goods are on the way you’ll receive shipping notifications from these couriers with your Waybill and notification. Shipping Charges

Shipping in South Africa

When ordering in South Africa, we offer a standard delivery of R60, if orders are below R500. However, any orders over R500 are shipped to your door free of charge! Our couriers will deliver your order within 2-4 working days and you will be provided with a tracking number which you can use to trace your parcel online. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information. We hope this has been helpful and look forward to your order!

Self-Collection

We offer self-collection if you’re in Cape Town. This helps if your order is time sensitive or under our free shipping charge. Please select under shipping. We’ll inform you by email when your order is ready for collection. Our Self-collection is at Beezle Bistro, 86 Lower Main Rd, Observatory, Cape Town. Get yourself an amazing cup of Deluxe Coffee and something delicious to eat aswell. We highly recommend their coffee and food.

South African Returns Shipping

We endeavour to help you return your item if you’re not satisfied. Please click the Returns Button located on the Returns page. Make sure everything is included in your return (please see our returns policy). Our returns are free for items being returned that are over the value R1000 (individual items not orders), however we will charge R60 for any items (individual items not orders) that are below R1000 value, to be deducted when the refund is issued.

If returns aren’t accepted for whatever reason (please see our returns policy) a further R120 will be charged to send the return back to you.

International Shipping

We ship to a few selected international countries. USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Namibia and selected European countries. Our flat International shipping charge is R800 per item (not order) with the exception of Namibia which is R350 per item (not order). We’ll provide you with a tracking number, courier details, and estimated delivery date as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that import duties and taxes are not included and will need to be paid by the customer.

International Returns (any other country besides South Africa) will need to be shipped back to us with your own courier and at your own expense. You can return items (1 Arnold str, Observatory, Cape Town, 7925, South Africa) within 14 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Please make sure all of the order is returned. After we receive the item, allow up to seven business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
